Role Overview
OMAV Technology is hiring a D365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) Consultant with at least one year of relevant experience to join our on-site team in Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities
- Configure D365 Customer Engagement entities, forms, views, and business rules based on client requirements
- Develop and maintain workflows and business process flows to automate CRM activities
- Assist in plugin development and customizations under the guidance of senior consultants
- Support integration activities between D365 CE and Power Platform components such as Power Automate
- Participate in testing CRM configurations and customizations before deployment
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear technical and functional notes
- Collaborate with the on-site team during client meetings and requirement discussions
- Provide first-level support for CRM-related issues raised by end users
Requirements & Skills
- At least 1 year of professional experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or CRM
- Working knowledge of CRM configuration, including entities, forms, views, and business rules
- Basic understanding of workflows, business process flows, and Power Automate
- Foundational knowledge of plugin development concepts within the Dynamics 365 CRM framework
- Good analytical skills with the ability to translate basic business requirements into CRM configuration
- Willingness to learn integration concepts between D365 CE and other Power Platform tools
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with senior consultants and client stakeholders on-site
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least one professional project or structured internship involving Dynamics 365 CRM configuration
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement certification is a strong advantage
- Willingness to work full-time from our Gurgaon office location
