Each pillar page owns a commercial topic and links down to its services. Each cluster article answers one specific question completely and links back up. No page competes with another for the same query — that is the whole point of writing it down first.
The three rules
- One commercial query per pillar. One question per cluster.
- Every cluster links up to its pillar and across to a service.
- If two pages could rank for the same query, consolidate one.

Content specification
The working document: every cluster page, the query it owns, the intent it serves, and the internal links it must carry. Hand this to a writer and the structure survives them.
