Key Responsibilities
- Configure lead-to-opportunity processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- Set up sales pipeline stages, forecasting models, and quote-to-order workflows
- Customize sales dashboards and reports to align with client sales management practices
- Integrate Power BI dashboards with D365 Sales data for advanced reporting, where required
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with sales and business stakeholders
- Support user acceptance testing and provide end-user training on the Sales module
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and coordinate with technical teams for custom requirements
- Document configuration decisions and maintain functional specifications for ongoing reference
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- Strong understanding of lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting processes
- Practical experience with quote-to-order and order management configurations
- Familiarity with Power BI integration for sales reporting and dashboards
- Good requirement-gathering and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate sales process requirements into system configuration
- Strong communication skills for on-site client interaction and cross-team coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience delivering at least one D365 Sales module implementation or major enhancement project
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales certification is an added advantage
- Willingness to work full-time from our Gurgaon office
