OMAV Technology is hiring a D365 Business Central Consultant with two or more years of experience to join our on-site team in Gurgaon. This role is suited for consultants who have practical experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for small and mid-sized enterprise clients, particularly across finance, sales, and inventory functions. Key Responsibilities
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales, and Inventory
- Support basic AL-based extensions and customizations in coordination with technical resources
- Gather business requirements from clients and translate them into Business Central configuration
- Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing during implementation phases
- Provide end-user training and create simple user guides for client teams
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide timely support during go-live and post-go-live phases
- Document configuration setup and maintain functional specifications for future reference
- Collaborate with project leads to ensure timely delivery of assigned Business Central workstreams
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Working knowledge of Finance, Sales, and Inventory modules within Business Central
- Basic understanding of AL extensions and customization concepts (hands-on development not mandatory)
- Good requirement-gathering and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
- Ability to support end users effectively during and after implementation
- Good communication skills suited for on-site, client-facing engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience on at least one Business Central implementation or significant support project
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification is an added advantage
- Willingness to work full-time from our Gurgaon office
