Role Overview

OMAV Technology is hiring a highly experienced D365 Solution Architect with eight or more years of experience to join our on-site Gurgaon team. Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end D365 solutions spanning Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Supply Chain Management as applicable to client needs
• Lead discovery workshops, conduct gap analysis, and define technical and functional roadmaps for client engagements
• Define integration architecture between D365 modules and third-party or legacy systems
• Provide technical governance across project workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards
• Act as the primary technical advisor for client stakeholders during pre-sales and implementation phases
• Review solution designs proposed by functional and technical teams to ensure scalability and maintainability
• Identify risks early in the project lifecycle and propose mitigation strategies
• Stay current with Microsoft’s D365 and Power Platform roadmap to advise clients on future-proofing their solutions

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with demonstrated architecture-level responsibility
• Deep, cross-module knowledge spanning Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and/or Supply Chain Management
• Strong experience designing integration architecture between D365 and external systems
• Proven ability to lead client workshops, gap analysis exercises, and solution roadmap discussions
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills at senior client levels
• Sound understanding of enterprise architecture principles, data governance, and security frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience architecting multiple large-scale D365 implementations across different modules
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications across multiple modules (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or Power Platform) are highly preferred
• Willingness to work full-time from our Gurgaon office and engage directly with senior client stakeholders
