Role Overview
OMAV Technology is hiring a highly experienced D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with eight or more years of experience to join our on-site Gurgaon team. This role is designed for senior consultants who have led multiple end-to-end SCM implementations, covering procurement, inventory, warehouse management, and production planning within Microsoft Dynamics 365. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and configuration of Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management modules
- Oversee Production Planning and Master Planning configuration for manufacturing and distribution clients
- Facilitate solution design workshops and present end-to-end SCM process recommendations to stakeholders
- Lead multiple concurrent SCM workstreams across large or multi-site client implementations
- Mentor and guide functional and technical team members on SCM best practices
- Coordinate with technical consultants on customizations, integrations, and data migration for SCM modules
- Conduct UAT planning and oversee go-live readiness for supply chain processes
- Provide post-implementation support and recommend continuous process optimization measures
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
- Deep functional expertise across Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Production Planning
- Proven experience leading end-to-end SCM implementations across multiple sites or business units
- Strong solution design and stakeholder facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide both functional and technical teams
- Solid understanding of integration points between SCM and Finance & Operations modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex, multi-variable supply chain scenarios
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage
- Demonstrated experience independently leading multiple full-cycle D365 SCM implementations
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certification is highly preferred
- Willingness to work full-time from our Gurgaon office
