Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of web applications
- Build responsive interfaces in React or Angular against Java services
- Design and implement RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Participate in the full lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment
- Optimise performance on both client and server side
- Write maintainable, documented code to established standards
Requirements & skills
- Minimum 2 years in full stack development with Java on the back end
- Strong Java and Spring Boot for API development
- Practical React.js or Angular experience
- Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals
- Relational databases and basic data modelling
- Git-based version control and collaborative workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
- At least one complete full stack application delivered professionally
- Agile or Scrum experience preferred
- A portfolio or GitHub profile is an advantage
